Q: What are your shipping rates?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: For deliveries within Malaysia, expect your parcel to arrive in 2-4 days. This is because we need at least one day to process your order, and another day to have it posted out.
For International Deliveries (i.e. countries other than Malaysia), please allow around 3 weeks for your items to arrive. By right, it should arrive within 11 working days, but it's best to include some buffer time when it comes to our national carrier's services.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Q. Which postal service or carriers do you use?
A. We primarily use Pgeon Delivery to deliver orders within Malaysia.

For international deliveries, we use various services that is best suited to each country and has a good reputation in general. This may include POS Malaysia's FlexiPack International, as Registered Mail; TNT Express; Aramex; DHL; and others.
Q: Do you provide tracking number for deliveries?
Yes, most delivery services will provide tracking numbers that you can track online. A link will be given to you. Please note, though, that tracking progress may not be available once the parcel is passed unto your country's postal service.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include undergarments, earrings and other items.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, and you are responsible for shipping rates for return of item.
If your clothing item is in "like new" condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. But, you still will have to pay return shipping.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
