Q: Where are your clothes made?
We source for materials from our travels around the world but the clothes are designed by ourselves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and cut-and-sewn by a professional seamstress and her team of tailors. We are proud of the fact that our company operations help to sustain such small enterprises, which include the makers of our business cards, clothing labels, and packaging.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: As LoveFate Clothing is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, shipping costs within Peninsula Malaysia is RM6.00, to East Malaysia is RM9.00, while international shipping costs USD$10 for ASEAN countries and USD$13 for the rest of Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, North America and South America.
Q: How can we get free shipping?
A: By purchasing items worth RM100 or more in Malaysia, USD$75 in ASEAN countries or USD$100/EUR90/GBP70/AUD130 for the rest of the world.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: For deliveries within Malaysia, around 2-4 days.
For International Deliveries (i.e. countries other than Malaysia), around 3 weeks to one month under normal circumstances.
Do allow extra buffer time around popular gifting and shopping times such as Christmas and other celebrations or holidays in your country.
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Q. Which postal service or carriers do you use?
A. We primarily use Poslaju to deliver orders within Malaysia.

For international deliveries, we use POS Malaysia's FlexiPack International, as Registered Mail.
Q: Do you provide tracking number for deliveries?
Yes, Poslaju automatically provides tracking numbers for each delivery, while we will add Registered Mail service for international orders at no extra cost to you. Please note, though, that tracking progress may not be available once the parcel is passed unto your country's postal service.
